It deserves its 4 stars. We had a park view from our room. The restaurant was located within 500 metres.

the quality, good value. excellent location, nice pool. although beds were very uncomfortable here, we enjoyed the hotel, it was goat! don't forget to visit nearby merry berry, they have best coffee ever.

Location very close to arcadia beach and easy access to Mineralogical Museum. Even the Central airport was not so far. Primorsky neighbourhood definitely deserves your time and attention🙂👌👍
